I understand how to market to many different customer profiles and age groups, tailoring stories that speak to their needs and aspirations. Working in both agency and in-house creative environments for over 25 years and empowering teams of all shapes and sizes, I balance exceptional creative work with pragmatic leadership and efficient workflows that include AI integration, focused time management, balanced budgets and positive morale. 

Naturally curious about all things culture and technology, I am constantly exploring new platforms, products, and areas of design. A problem-solver by nature, I’m a determined executive-level director passionate about designing and growing brands to be at the forefront of their fields. 

In my spare time, you'll find me outside snowboarding, mountain biking, playing tennis or just settling in with a new book. Travel is close to my heart and I love to explore new locations with my camera. I'm an animal lover and passionate about protecting the environment. I also consult with the Ontario Ministry of Colleges & Universities on their graphic design programs.
